Personally, I have found Hymns and some Christian Music works wonders for my spirit and state of mind, praising the Lord, even if I have to hum it to myself.
Regardless what is transpiring in my life, I remember "Today is the day the Lord has made and I WILL rejoice and be glad in it" :)
